To brighten your morning/evening, have a White Admiral butterfly I caught with my phone camera the other day when I went out to mow the lawn. :)
Also, a random picture of a Piaggio Ape P400V to keep things vehicle-related :P

I was going to complain about you calling the Ape a trash can....but I’ll agree with you on the principal that the van ones have a trash-can-y vibe to them :P

Strangely that was the only deer I saw. I would have thought the place would be full of them.

It is sort of interesting how an otherwise interesting animal can become commonplace. I occasionally meet people who are enamored by squirrels because they don’t have them back home (South America, etc). Deer are pretty universal unless you are a city slicker, in which case I’ve seen some pretty funny reactions. "No, don’t chase the deer!”

Yup! We have a lot of red squirrels in Nova Scotia, but weirdly, very few around our house....our old house when I was growing up, they were everywhere though!

I'm stuck with regular old gray squirrels. Also, I recently was at an apartment complex with a dangerous amount of wild chickens roaming every which way. There were ducks all over the place too. Like, a suspicious number of fowl abounded.
